Amina Masood

As someone who struggles with accepting failure and fears it dearly, this book hit a bit too close to home. It felt like my experiences and my inner feelings were being talked about and that too in such a descriptive and thought provoking manner. It has also been written in a very attracting manner as i found myself deeply engrossed in the whole interview between robin and failure. I would hands down recommend this book to anyone who struggles with the fear of failing and would like to understand it better and try to overcome it. While talking about failure and trying to convey its multiple meanings and its origin, the author has also tried to explain it perceptionally whilst giving multiple examples for easier understanding of the reader. My only criticism would be that at times, it felt like the conversations were being stretched and the same thing was being repeated in different words. Some sentences can be phrased better so that the reader doesn’t get confused between the meaning and what the author is actually trying to say. There were times when i almost lost interest in the book because of the repeated conversations but i’m glad i stayed till the end cause every time i got past the stretchy bit, the book caught my attention again. I would rate this book 3 out of 5 and would definitely recommend people to give it a read as i feel like we could benefit from this greatly.
